These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Nomads Ritual website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Throughout these terms, “Nomads Ritual”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nomads Ritual.

Our Products

Nomads Ritual creates small-batch botanical fragrance, body and ritual products. Many of our products are handcrafted using botanical ingredients and processes. Because of this, slight variations in scent, colour, texture, finish or appearance may naturally occur between batches. We do our best to represent our products accurately through descriptions, photography and imagery. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and the handmade nature of the product.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an alternative where appropriate or refund the affected item.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, stock error, or where we are legally or practically unable to ship the product to the destination. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout before your order is confirmed. Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We take care when preparing and packing every Nomads Ritual order. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some Nomads Ritual products contain fragrance, alcohol, matches or other materials that may be subject to carrier, dangerous-goods or destination restrictions. As a result, certain products may not be available for every shipping method or destination.

If we discover that we are unable to ship an item you have purchased, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where the order cannot be supplied.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct when placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. We may accept change-of-mind returns in accordance with that policy, provided the applicable return conditions are met. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Botanical & Handcrafted Products

Working with botanical ingredients means that nature does not always produce identical results.
Minor variations between batches, including changes in colour, scent, texture or appearance - are a normal part of our small-batch process and are not necessarily an indication that a product is faulty.
We believe these differences are part of the character of handcrafted botanical products.

Fragrance & Body Products

Individual responses to fragrance and botanical ingredients can vary. Please read the product information and ingredient information provided before use and follow all directions and warnings on the product packaging. Unless otherwise stated, body and fragrance products are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken or irritated skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
If you have known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredients carefully before use.

Candles & Incense

Candles, incense and matches involve heat, flame and smoke and must be used responsibly.
Never leave a burning candle or incense stick unattended. Keep burning products away from children, pets, flammable materials and draughts, and always use them on an appropriate stable, heat-resistant surface.

Please follow the specific safety instructions supplied with each product.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Nomads Ritual website, including our branding, packaging designs, photography, illustrations, graphics, written content, product names and other creative material, belongs to Eden Quest or is used by us with permission.

This content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise specified, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and apply only during the stated promotional period.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be displayed when relevant.

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
